Why Should you Attend?
Some conflict is inevitable at work. If constructive, some conflict may generate innovation. Putting human beings together day after day in the same environment under pressure and even with the best teams, some form of conflict will be present from time to time. Good relationships at work are vital if you want to develop high performing teams . We lose far too much time and nervous energy when 'managing around' people which we could spend on more productive things. Learn how to deal with poor relationships, have techniques to deal with situations and confidence to do so effectively.
